NetSuite Product Donation Program

NetSuite's product donation program is currently in the pilot phase.

The Donation

NetSuite will donate software and volunteer help to qualifying nonprofit organizations. The standard donation includes:

  • Full NetSuite, 5 user licenses, silver support.
  • Implementation materials.
  • Additional items and users may be purchased at a discount and/or may be donated.

One or more NetSuite employee volunteers will work with the grantee to understand, plan and implement NetSuite. Please note: NetSuite volunteers are just that... volunteers. Applicants should allocate appropriate resources to managing, learning and implementing the software.

Ideal Applicant

  1. Is a small, capable and emerging group that would otherwise be unable to afford organization management software like NetSuite.
  2. Focused on automating a single business process like ecommerce.
  3. Can clearly articulate social impact and offer metrics to measure it.
  4. Has the organizational capacity to implement NetSuite software and use it to accelerate their social impact, as measured by their metrics.

Guidelines / Requests for Application

  • Registered Charities. Preferences include groups implementating e-commerce, social enterprises and environmental groups.
  • Green Start Ups and Environmental Groups. Start up organizations generating significant positive environmental impact.
  • Social Enterprises including Fair Trade. For-profit or nonprofit firms with a double bottom line of social impact and profit.
